JOINING WEST RIDGE PTO MEMBERSHIP VIA MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT

Membership Toolkit is the online platform we use to make school and PTO activities easier for our families

Note: Your membership needs to be renewed each year!

① REGISTER OR SIGN IN WITH MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT

• Visit us at https://wrpto.membershiptoolkit.com/home
• Go to “Online Store” on top bar

• Create an account with Membership Toolkit or sign in if you already have an account

② UPDATE YOUR FAMILY INFORMATION AND SET YOUR DIRECTORY PREFERENCES

• Enter/Update your family's information.
  • HR Teacher - Update each child's current HR Teacher   *It is important that current HR teacher is selected for each student in order to purchase PTO Membership & order lunch**
  • Child's Grade - Ensure each child's grade is correct for the current school year
  • New Students - Add any children who are entering West Ridge Elementary this year
  • Confirm that Email address, Phone number and Home address are updated

**Good to know: Keeping your information current is important.  You can return to your Family Information and make changes at any time during the school year.

• Select your Directory and Publishing Preferences.

These settings allow you to decide how much of your contact information you would like other PTO members to see in our secure online directory.

③ JOIN WEST RIDGE PTO

• Once your Family Information and Child’s Teacher has been updated, the PTO Membership form will appear in your account. 
• Complete the membership form and pay your PTO dues online.

**If you have updated your Family Information but don't see member-only ordering forms, check that PTO membership completed.
